Terms & Conditions
These standard Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall govern your (the “Customer”) use of this website and the sale by Durian 36 Delivery (“D&D36”) of all goods and/or services as well as all subsequent transactions between the D&D36 and the Customer.
- Subject of Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the order of products by D&D36 from the Customer, the supply of products ordered by the Customer from D&D36 and the subsequent delivery of the products to the Customer.
- Pricing and Delivery of Goods
The price of all goods and services charged will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order with D&D36. The prices are subject to change and will be updated on the website accordingly. There will be no written notice to customers of the changes in price.
All Purchases above $100 are entitle Free Delivery whereas purchases below $100 are charged at a flat rate of $9.50 for any location in Singapore, except for Tuas, Army Camps and Sentosa as well as other hard to access areas and areas which require an entry fee. Additional delivery fees might be needed for exceptional locations.
Vouchers and Promotional Codes may only be used once and are not redeemable for cash. They may only be used by new or current customers as specified on the relevant voucher or in the relevant promotional material.
In the event that D&D36 are unable to make delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order, then D&D36 shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Order shall pass to you.
If the Order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, the Customer shall contact D&D36 by email or support number and D&D36 will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.
4. Cancellation Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once order has been made, no cancellation is allowed. Cancellation might result in 100% of the order being charged. The Customer may not withdraw from or cancel an order after having made the payment order for paying the respective order price.
Changes in order should be made 48 hours prior to delivery, as we deliver directly from our plantations. Please refer to our delivery process page for more information on this.
Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.
5. Cancellation of Order by D&D36
Our produce and products are seasonal and are subject to availability. D&D36 reserves the right to cancel any order by giving advance notice. A full refund will be provided in such cases. This is due to our fruits at our plantation being subject to strict quality control, failing which we might have to cancel your order to ensure that you do not get a defective product. Please understand that all cancellations are made for the good of the customer.
6. Refunds & Substitutions Policy
D&D36 takes pride in only delivering orders that pass our quality checks to ensure that every customer is pleased with their purchases. Rest assured that we do not want you to receive anything less than satisfactory. However, if you feel that what you ordered is faulty, please notify us at email@example.com or our whatsapp at +65 9751 8993 within an hour from time of delivery with a written notice containing the full details of any alleged defect or non-conformity in goods together with pictures for D&D36 to validate your claim. If it is determined that the order does have a defect, D&D36 shall, in its discretion, replace the affected goods or refund will be issued.
If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer a reasonable substitute.
If we are unable to offer a reasonable substitute of a product already purchased by you, a full refund will be provided. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
7. Local Pickup
The Customer may select self-collection option if wish to collect from our Store, Durian 36 at 608 Geylang Road, Lorong 36, Singapore 389547.
